Job Description

As a Senior Lawyer (Property), you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and providing advice and support on commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, parent company guarantees, and collateral warranties. You will also manage current and new intellectual property, including patent applications, and liaise with external patent attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and provide advice and support on commercial contracts.
  • Manage current and new intellectual property, including patent applications.

  • Handle highly confidential correspondence and commercial negotiations.
  • Undertake training of employees in various areas of law.

Requirements
