Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team at Galldris Group. As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the document control process on our projects, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain company share drive with all project documentation, including health and safety and quality assurance documents.
  • Manage weekly material, plant, and waste returns.
  • Arrange transfers of operatives already inducted from other contractors.
  • Book in visitors for temporary passes via the VMS booking system.
  • Investigate transport failings and complaints from clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Document Controller, preferably with a main contractor.
  • Experience in the construction industry or working on-site.
  • Construction understanding and background.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Recognized construction or technical discipline qualifications.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
