Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flavorist to join our client's team in Hertfordshire. As a Senior Flavorist, you will be responsible for enhancing the existing portfolio of blends, formulations, and flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new flavor concepts to address market dynamics and changing consumer tastes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product lines and launch successful products
• Pitch flavor concepts to clients and influence the end product through your expertise
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored flavor solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating flavors within predefined timeframes, quality, and cost criteria
• Confidence to present to and consult with clients to influence the end product
• Food Science or Organic Chemistry degree
