Salary: £35,000 to £66,000 per annum
Role: Permanent - Full-Time Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and maximize profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales promotions.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service principles.
