Evolve Psychology Services - Clinical Team Lead

Evolve Psychology Services is a leading provider of high-quality psychology and neurodevelopmental services. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Evolve Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified clinician to lead our team of specialists in conducting comprehensive assessments for adults and children with suspected Autism and/or ADHD. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment process, ensuring high-quality reports, and providing recommendations for interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive specialist assessments for adults and children with suspected Autism and/or ADHD
  • Write up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide recommendations for interventions and support
  • Identify areas for improvement in clinic processes and work with senior leadership to implement changes
  • Escalate issues and work with senior leadership to resolve
  • Identify training needs and signpost to senior leadership
Requirements

We are looking for a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or NMC registered nurse with experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments. You will also have experience working with children and/or adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, with a day shift.
