Position Overview
This role encompasses a versatile position for an individual skilled in operating forklift trucks, integrating a variety of logistics and warehouse responsibilities for substantial goods. Key tasks include organizing collections for maritime, aerial, and terrestrial freight, managing incoming goods, and collaborating closely with our Internal Logistics team, which oversees the replenishment of essential materials.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00.

Essential Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Possession of a valid counterbalance forklift certification with current operational experience.
- Proficiency in PC-based ERP systems, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret Delivery Notes effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset, comfortable in a manufacturing setting.
- Flexibility to cover for absences within the department.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in managing the Tables Shipping mailbox.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of multitasking and working independently under tight deadlines.
Shipping Responsibilities
- Adhere to all customs compliance protocols and documentation, participating in regular audits.
- Generate dispatch notes and ensure accurate booking of items using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assist Planning & Production in the timely dispatch of sales orders, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Conduct daily closing and booking of work orders.
- Ensure correct identification of products and stock locations.
- Process documentation for outgoing shipments, including delivery notes and export certificates, while preparing items for dispatch.
- Respond promptly to emails directed to the UK Tables Shipping mailbox.
Warehouse Duties
- Ensure timely availability of items for dispatch to containers and trucks.
- Accurately label and promptly store goods in designated locations.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts of the warehouse.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate multiple counterbalance forklift trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Handle boxes, crates, and bags manually as required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal logistics and production teams.
Receiving Duties
- Accurately book in all received raw materials and components into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve any issues related to Delivery Notes and bookings.
- Safely unload delivery vehicles.
