Programme Overview

The Shell Graduate Programme is a comprehensive development programme that provides graduates with the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with exciting responsibilities right from the start.

As a graduate, you will be assigned to a role with challenging projects and opportunities to work with experienced colleagues who bring expertise from a range of areas.

You will have the chance to help drive change in the energy system and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shell graduate, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing problems and making objective decisions

Requirements

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme, you must:

  • Be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor or Master's degree in the United Kingdom
  • Have graduated with, or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree
