Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management of nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Postgraduate expertise within specialty/area of practice.
- Leadership skills to enable day-to-day management of service delivery.
- Excellent team working/leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
- Effective time management skills and working knowledge of basic information technology.
