Job Overview
Join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organization that is expanding its focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This newly established role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the ESG division while collaborating closely with the Finance Transformation / ESG Manager and the broader finance team. If you are passionate about sustainability and finance, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ESG reporting and analytical assessments
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to deliver thorough analysis, consolidate management reports, and prepare documentation for the Board
- Assist in the management of forecasting and budgeting processes
- Enhance data collection methods across the organization
- Generate KPI reports for ESG operations
- Support the month-end closing process and prepare monthly performance reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights
- Offer additional support as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a solid background in financial planning, analysis, and month-end procedures. While experience in an ESG role is advantageous, a genuine interest and foundational knowledge in ESG matters are essential. We seek an ambitious professional eager to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
Benefits
