Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting tank disinfections to prevent the growth of Legionella bacteria
  • Installing and servicing Temperature and Mixing Valves (TMVs) to maintain optimal water temperatures
  • Cleaning and maintaining cold water storage tanks to prevent contamination
  • Collecting and analyzing water samples to detect any potential health risks
  • Monitoring water temperatures to ensure they are within safe limits
  • Performing closed system checks to identify any potential issues
  • Carrying out remedial plumbing work to resolve any water hygiene-related problems
  • Providing excellent client liaison and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license to enable travel to various locations
  • Experience in Legionella/chemical services, with a strong understanding of water hygiene principles
  • Water Hygiene or similar experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • A Plumbing NVQ or equivalent qualification (desirable)
