Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

CMDP, a joint venture between Costain and MWHT, is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our successful team based in Kent & Southampton. This is a full-time role required on-site 5 days a week, offering a competitive salary and a fantastic benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the maintenance and improvement of Southern Water's water supply and wastewater treatment works.
  2. Supervise large teams and ensure the safe and efficient execution of electrical work.
  3. Champion Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment by promoting a culture of personal safety and wellbeing, and contributing to the company's environmental and community goals.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver pioneering solutions that transform the performance of the UK's infrastructure ecosystem.
Requirements
  1. Previous water/wastewater site experience (preferred)
  2. Previous experience supervising large teams
  3. Electrical Engineering Degree, HND/BTEC
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
