Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our national retail accounts, driving sales growth and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with national accounts in the FMCG sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key retail accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key retail accounts to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience in national account management in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful relationships with national retail accounts.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the FMCG industry.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
  • Availability for frequent travel as needed.
