About the Role

A multinational utility scale Solar & co-located BESS developer, owner and operator is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Solar PV & BESS) to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar and/or BESS Project Manager to work on some exciting renewable energy projects.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a senior position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the construction activities for the project pipeline.
  • Assist with establishing sound CDM standards, systems and procedures for construction activities.
  • Prepare, manage and report on project construction milestones, budgets, cash flows and program at a portfolio level.
  • Provide guidance throughout the project phases.
  • Ensure the construction of Solar & BESS projects across the UK are in line with timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Identify and solve problems, avoid risks to the project schedule and budget.
  • Manage and report on changes to project schedules, budgets, or scope.
  • Ensure seamless project execution from design through operation.
  • Promote a safety, efficiency, and quality across construction teams.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts for project delivery.
Requirements
  • Record of construction management and site experience.
  • Track record in managing multiple projects to demanding deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
