Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Caretaker to join our team at ThriveSW Limited in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have basic experience in fixing building fabrics, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch plastering, and grounds maintenance.

As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our properties to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance to building fabrics, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in fixing building fabrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
