FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our innovative Business Transformation Team. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with divisions to provide high-quality business analysis services to support new and ongoing projects.
  2. Bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.
  3. Work across all phases of the project lifecycle using appropriate business analysis methodologies and tools.
  4. Conduct business analysis activities including early design discussions, shaping and scoping the project.
  5. Assess and model processes, data flows and technology to understand current value and issues.
  6. Ensure business requirements are analysed fully with engagement from business and technical teams.
  7. Create technical documentation to assist developers and designers.
  8. Provide a clear documented picture of the 'as is' and 'to be' through workshops with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience analysing alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
  • A Business Analysis certification from BCS or equivalent is highly desirable.
