Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced care home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) qualification
- Experience in a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
