Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team based in the Northwest, Delamere and Stockport office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing water and wastewater projects, working closely with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to secure new business
  • Developing and presenting project proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  • Ensuring construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and client representatives
  • Overseeing final accounts at the end of a project
  • Working on-site and in an office

Requirements

  • Degree or HND qualified in Construction or Project Management
  • Equivalent work experience will also be considered
  • Existing experience of managing Water and Wastewater projects
  • An understanding of the construction/utilities/water industry
  • An understanding of legal documentation
  • Business management skills
  • Knowledge of water industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the UK
  • Driving License: Essential
