SoC Verification Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SoC Verification Engineer to join our team at microTECH Global Ltd. As a key member of our verification team, you will be responsible for developing and executing verification plans for complex systems-on-chip (SoCs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans based on design documents and collaborate with design/systems engineers
  • Write and debug SystemVerilog assertions to ensure thorough verification
  • Analyze coverage data and work with design teams to address coverage holes
  • Develop and augment frameworks for running regressions
  • Run and debug power-aware simulations using UPF
  • Debug regression failures with design/systems teams
  • Implement Python/Perl automation to improve workflows and team efficiency
  • Support software and other teams with debugging
  • Document verification activities and results
Requirements:
  • Experience in design and verification of SoCs and SoC methodologies for verifying complex units using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Proficiency in developing unit and subsystem-level test benches using SV/UVM methodology
  • Experience with C model integration and scoreboarding
  • Firmware code integration verification
  • Experience with AMBA protocols and bus interconnect functional and formal verification along with coverage closure
  • Experience with debugging test failures
  • Strong knowledge of verification planning, coverage analysis, pseudo and constrained random techniques, assertion-based and formal verification techniques with SystemVerilog
  • Experience with Verilog, C/C++, System C, TCL/Perl/shell scripting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
