We are looking for a dedicated Chef Manager to lead our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability in food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sushi kiosk, ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Inspire and guide your team, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients, including raw fish and meats, while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with food labeling and allergen regulations.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience through excellent service and quality food.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Has a solid understanding of food safety and health regulations.
  • Is organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has reliable transportation for early morning shifts.

Qualifications:

While a Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens, and COSHH knowledge are preferred, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
