Flexible Shift Options Available
As a Logistics Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders. Our facility offers various shift patterns, including four 10-hour shifts, allowing you to enjoy a work-life balance with three days off each week.
Core Roster Benefits: Plan your schedule with our core roster, providing you with your work pattern 13 weeks in advance to help you manage your personal commitments effectively.
Compensation: £11.62 up to £18.57 per hour, including premiums and overtime rates.
- Starting rate: £11.62 per hour
- Night shift premium (midnight to 6am): additional £2.94 per hour
- Performance incentives available upon meeting targets
- Overtime rate: x 1.25

Work Areas & Shift Details
Inbound: Responsible for receiving goods and organizing products accurately.
Day Shift: 06:00 to 16:00 | Night Shift: 18:00 to 06:00
Pick and Pack: Picking and packing customer orders with a focus on quality.
Day Shift: 06:00 to 16:00 | Night Shift: 18:00 to 06:00
Despatch: Loading totes into delivery vans and managing returns.
Day Shift: 06:00 to 17:00 | Night Shift: 18:00 to 06:00
Freezer Operations: Handling frozen items with care in a temperature-controlled environment.
Day Shift: 06:00 to 16:00 | Night Shift: 18:00 to 06:00
Considerations:
- Ability to work in ambient and chill sections of the warehouse.
- Roles require mobility and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
- Handling of meat and alcohol products is required.
- Training and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
