Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community Ward Team in Halstead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to a seamless and proactive approach to planning successful discharge.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be required to integrate flexibly across the ward, focusing on communication with the multidisciplinary team to support a team approach to care. You will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care that meets the needs of increasingly complex patients in the community wards.
