Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of electrical systems.

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and complete all necessary reporting documentation.
  • Maintain lighting systems effectively.
  • Complete all task/risk assessment sheets and method statements related to the work performed.
  • Responsible for executing electrical isolations.

Support with scheduled maintenance activities such as fire alarm inspections, emergency lighting tests, and sprinkler system evaluations.

Qualifications:
Experience in commercial electrical facilities maintenance is essential.

  • Possession of City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications.
