About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Delivery Manager to lead our Data Analytics team. As a key member of our Client Server team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Data Analysts, ensuring efficient delivery of our Data and Reporting services to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the team's projects and tasks, clarifying incoming requests and priorities, and communicating changing priorities, adjusting schedules, and removing blockers.
  • Run the team's Kanban and backlog using JIRA and ensure up-to-date documentation is available via Confluence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer-facing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of data and reporting services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and software delivery, and apply that knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a software delivery or management-focused role, with a background in data analytics.
  • Previous people management experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with experience in Agile project management approaches.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is highly desirable.
