Role Overview:
As a Client Services Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Paraplanning and will be based in our Shrewsbury office. Your primary responsibility will be to support a dynamic team of financial advisors, collaborating closely with paraplanners on various administrative functions while ensuring a professional and compliant service to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing client information for financial illustrations
- Processing new business applications
- Preparing letters of authority for client policy inquiries
- Handling incoming calls and addressing client and third-party inquiries
- Ensuring all business activities are conducted in a compliant and timely manner, adhering to internal and external regulations
- Managing your task list and prioritizing workload effectively

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate for this Client Services Associate position will have relevant experience in the financial services industry.
