Job Title: Principal Civil/Structural Engineer

Location: Surbiton

Salary: £60k-£75k

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring staff, and issuing fee bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver civil/structural infrastructure projects, including substation design for UK Power Networks
  • Lead projects, mentor staff, and issue fee bids
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on design and delivery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
