Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jamieson Clark, a global manufacturer of residential heating, plumbing, ventilation, and renewable technologies.

About the Role

This is a brand-new position created due to unprecedented growth, and you will be responsible for running the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing from cradle to grave.

You will specify through national housebuilders on a regional level, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers, and social housing through local authorities and housing associations.

You will offer an industry-leading product portfolio of the latest in energy-efficient and low-carbon renewable heating systems, such as air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, electric boilers, and hydrogen gas boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Specify and sell our products to national housebuilders, regional house builders, developers, and social housing providers
  • Work closely with our technical team to provide expert advice and support to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful sales record, ideally selling specified products into new build housing or social housing
  • Experience working with national housebuilders, regional house builders, developers, and social housing providers
  • Knowledge of the heating, renewables, and domestic plumbing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
