About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, who will be either considering their first venture into becoming Self Employed or are existing well-established Advisors.
  • Identify suitable candidates by way of indirect and direct approaches, using your experience and skill to screen candidates and secure interviews for our Sales Management team.
  • Devise and launch recruitment campaigns using various recruitment methods and platforms.
  • Maintain our internal systems and track progress to company standards.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards to map candidates.
  • Report on outcomes and results to the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong history of building candidate relationships.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding service to our candidates.
  • Highly organized, able to work under your own initiative, and familiar with achieving key objectives set.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Right to live and work in the UK (evidence will be required).

Desired Requirements

Candidates with a background in financial services recruitment would be highly advantageous.
