Xenon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified Audit professional to join their team as an Audit Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of staff, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Audit Planning and Execution: Plan, supervise, and review accounts, audit, and corporation tax for client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with partners and directors to develop the audit and assurance offering.
  • Portfolio Management: Effectively manage client portfolios, agreeing budgets and billing on agreed terms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified candidate with audit experience within accountancy practice.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient technical ability, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a genuine appetite for growth and development.
