Position: Print Operator – Day Shift

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Compensation: £26,545.50

We are seeking a dedicated Print Operator to join our team at Devonshire, located in Wymondham, Norfolk.

This facility focuses on delivering comprehensive document services, encompassing both outbound and inbound processes. It features advanced printing, mailing, and storage capabilities, ensuring efficient handling of both physical and electronic documents. The site also supports various operational functions, including Production Services, Finance, and IT, catering to a diverse clientele.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating a range of printing machinery. This includes, but is not limited to, Xerox HLC cut sheet printers, Canon continuous printers, CS6 offline cutters, and Canon full-color cut sheet printers.

Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for tasks such as managing print queues, scheduling jobs, executing reprints, and overseeing the dispatch of completed work.

This position requires physical stamina, as you will be actively engaged in operating machinery throughout your shift, following comprehensive training. Adherence to quality standards and output goals is crucial, along with a readiness to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Proven ability to meet tight deadlines

· Proficient in IT, particularly with MS Excel

· Mechanical aptitude is essential
