Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts from the company's debtors, ensuring timely payments
  • Update and maintain the collection management tool, collaborating with the Group credit control department
  • Provide aged debt reports and various analysis reports to support business decisions
  • Liaise with all departments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Obtain credit reports and provide initial assessments of credit applications to facilitate new account openings
  • Manage customer master data and perform administrative tasks
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the business, focusing on accounts receivable

This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement. The salary is up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
