Senior Applied Psychologist, Learning Disability CAMHS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applied Psychologist to join our Learning Disability CAMHS team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological therapies to children and young people with learning disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to initial assessment clinics and provide formulation-driven, evidence-based psychological therapies.
- Act as a care coordinator for some young people, working with families and the wider professional network.
- Contribute psychological thinking to the work of the team and supervise the clinical work of assistant psychologists, trainees, and other professionals.

We are looking for a candidate with a postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology and HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status. Experience of working as a qualified applied psychologist within the designated service line is essential. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development is also required.
