About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Oban Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgeries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maximise the use of our internal system to maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless communication between team members.
  • Ensure the surgery is set up efficiently for each session, maximising practice and surgery utilisation.
  • Anticipate the requirements of our clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
  • Monitor surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels and undertake reception duties as required, including answering the telephone and collecting patient charges.

About You

  • You must be GDC registered and have experience working in Private/NHS practices.
  • You will be willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills are essential.
