About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pub & Grill Assistant Manager to join our team at Village Hotels - Edinburgh. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Pub & Grill Manager in delivering outstanding service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pub & Grill Manager in leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the pub and grill operates within budget and achieves financial targets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
