About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through conversion rate optimisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap to optimise website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse test results and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing roadmap and improve digital experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in conversion rate optimisation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in conversion rate optimisation and web analytics.
  • Strong practical understanding of web technologies and HTML.
  • Familiarity with optimisation tools and platforms, preferably Webtrends Optimize.
  • Experience using data analytics tools, preferably GA4 and Crazy Egg.
  • Awareness and understanding of UX & CX design principles.
  • Experience working with web developers and cross-functional teams.
