The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for managing their own casework, preparing and distributing documents, and liaising with courts and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing own casework and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Preparing and distributing documents, including letters and other legal papers
• Liaising with courts, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
• Drafting and editing documents to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilizing various computer packages, including Microsoft, SharePoint, and Insight Legal
Requirements:
• 1+ years' experience as a Paralegal or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
