About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Welcoming and interacting with guests, taking orders and responding to their needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assisting with food and beverage choices, answering questions and making recommendations
  • Working effectively as part of a team, resolving conflicts and taking constructive criticism
  • Being proactive and taking initiative to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, catering or bar setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
