Medacs Healthcare is seeking a skilled Disability Assessor to join our team in Barnsley. As a Disability Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments and produce high-quality reports for PIP claims.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals claiming PIP benefits
- Produce accurate and comprehensive reports
- Work autonomously as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Develop and maintain strong report writing and communication skills
- Current and unrestricted NMC/HCPC registration
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year post-registration UK experience
- Competitive salary with increases at 6 and 12 months
