Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Utilize your experience as a strong deputy or established manager to lead and inspire your team. Foster a positive working environment and promote professional development.
- Expertise in Complex Learning Disabilities: Your understanding of complex learning disabilities will be crucial in tailoring support plans and ensuring the well-being of service users.
- Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans: Apply your knowledge of Autism and behaviour management strategies to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
- IT Skills and Record Keeping: Proficiency in IT systems and meticulous record-keeping are essential for success in this role.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), or be committed to achieving this within 18 months of appointment.
- Driving Licence and Vehicle: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are necessary for travel between sites.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
