Key Responsibilities:- Monitor daily sales and weekly trade to inform purchasing decisions
- Present trade notes and key actions to the wider team, including the Head of and Director
- Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to ensure timely and effective product launches
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate costs and build strong relationships
- Research market trends, influencers, and social media movements to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the critical path to ensure timely product delivery and communicate any delays to the team
- Propose and implement solutions to any critical path concerns
- Manage samples and approval processes to ensure high-quality products
- Attend fit sessions and assist with production samples for imagery shots
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of pricing architectures and ability to negotiate costs
- Experience with sample management and approval processes
