Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients, including those requiring respiratory, renal, and cardiac support.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.

Requirements:
