Senior Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our Engineering team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are manufactured efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed drawings and specifications for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product development and engineering, with a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
