Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Maintenance Specialist to join our Lift & Escalator Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our contractual service clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel to resolve complex problems and improve system operation
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in elevator technology

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Servicing Qualification
  • Good electrical and mechanical skills, with the ability to apply them in a practical environment
  • Strong organizational skills, including workload planning and time management
  • Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
