Role Overview

In the capacity of Corporate Legal Advisor, you will offer primary legal counsel, support, and training to all internal departments and functions, providing a practical and informed interpretation of the laws that influence the Company in response to both routine and complex issues. This will empower all operations to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with legislation and minimizing the Company's risk exposure.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the evaluation and negotiation of contracts, resolving disputes, managing the Company's properties, and facilitating acquisitions.

Qualifications Required

To excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of commercial law, whether gained in-house or through private practice as an experienced Solicitor or Paralegal in the commercial law arena.

  • Experience in negotiating commercial agreements
  • Ability to work independently and with a degree of autonomy
  • Capability to assert influence and expertise when necessary
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change – committed to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Strong interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing litigation, and handling commercial property, along with an understanding of intellectual property rights and data protection.
