Job Opportunity for a Bright and Ambitious Individual

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious individual to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Our client, Bucks and Berks Recruitment PLC, was recently voted Mortgage Firm of the Year and is looking for a Graduate Trainee Mortgage Advisor who will gain experience working for the business on a day-to-day basis while studying for their CeMap qualifications over 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering mortgages to offer stage
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers
  • Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders
  • Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments
  • Carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages
Requirements:
  • Bright, enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-motivated and keen to progress within the organisation
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Educated to Degree standard
