About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled medical professionals to join our team as Clinical Assessors, working with clients across Hampshire. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing customers' clinical needs and providing written reports to support their benefit claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of up to six customers per day, gathering information and creating detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to ensure accurate and timely decision-making on benefit claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN), Occupational Therapist (OT), Paramedic, or Physiotherapist with a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and typing, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
