Compensation and Benefits:
- Offering a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 annually, based on your experience.

About the Organization:
A family-owned enterprise focused on the production of soft fruits.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Irrigation Assistant Manager, you will report to the Irrigation Manager and be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely and accurate irrigation of raspberry and blueberry crops.
- Conducting routine water quality assessments.
- Overseeing the effectiveness of fertigation programs.
- Installing, maintaining, and operating irrigation equipment.
- Managing glasshouse upkeep and climate regulation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in irrigation on fruit or crop farms.
- Local residency near the Herefordshire site.
- A willingness to work weekends and overtime during the growing season.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems (e.g., Dream2, AdCon, or PRIVA) is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
- A valid, clean driving license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with colleagues and non-English speakers.
- The capability to work independently.
- A desire to learn and grow in the role.
