Civil Engineer Graduate Role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer Graduate to join our team in London. As a Civil Engineer Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across highways, infrastructure, and drainage works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analysis of infrastructure and highways-related projects
  • Project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications
  • Technical excellence, performing design analysis using advanced software tools and providing technical solutions to complex engineering challenges
  • Collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications

Requirements:
  • A 2:1 or First class degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year consultancy experience would be beneficial though not essential
  • An understanding of Civils 3D and Microdrainage would be beneficial
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to engineering problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
  • A full UK driving license is preferred, as site visits will be part of the role
