Job Title: Media Sales Representative

HomeLet is seeking a skilled Media Sales Representative to join our team. As a Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Sky services to customers through outbound calls and warm transfers from other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Media Services directly to eligible customers
  • Meet individual and team targets while adhering to quality guidelines and scripting
  • Make outbound calls on leads provided from agents and other areas of the business
  • Maximize opportunities to sell through ownership of productivity
  • Support team leaders and lead the team in their absence
  • Approach each day as a fresh challenge with enthusiasm to deliver
  • Ensure TCF requirements are followed throughout company processes and procedures
  • Work using script/call guide
  • Take ownership and responsibility of workload and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the newest offers available for customers and the savings they can make
  • Achieve or exceed target on all quality assessments
  • Work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current working practices
  • Effectively deal with and log complaints
Requirements:
  • GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Computer Literate
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Experience of regulated products, non-advised/advised selling, and/or financial/insurance experience
