About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales colleague at Places Leisure. As a Placemaker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting a welcoming environment, and inspiring others to work together to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and visitors
  • Manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence
  • Be an advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people
  • Use sales tools and techniques to promote membership and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering first-class customer service and promoting a positive first impression to all prospective and existing members. If you have previous experience in a sales and customer service environment, that's a bonus, but we are happy to support you with the training and tools to succeed in this role and beyond.
