Community Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Professional to join our team in Weymouth and Dorchester. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication routines
  • Participate in activities such as swimming, walking groups, day trips, and holidays
  • Maintain accurate records regarding care plans, finances, appointments, and medication
  • Follow individual support plans to ensure comfort and happiness
